Lily Troutman has been a long-standing member of Dayspring Christian Center for over 13 years. I have had the privilege of knowing her for over 6 years. I have worked closely with Lily and have seen her grow in many ways over the time I've known her.

Lily has developed a great amount of dedication to her passions and goals. She worked with me to build her confidence and skills in the area of vocal music. She committed to punctually meeting with me on a weekly basis for 2 years of work. During that time, she demonstrated great commitment to growing and putting in much effort to improve.

While working together, Lily and I also developed a positive working relationship. She also helps Dayspring Christian Center by working with many other people to minister in our Children's ministry. Working with so many people has helped Lily become a great team player who is able to offer her skills to help others.

Not only does Lily have the ability to be part of a team, she also has had to be open-minded to learning from others and taking feedback. Lily has received advice and input from many of the people she works with at our church and she has been open to hearing and putting into practice the wisdom of others.

Over the years, Lily has grown into a responsible, resourceful, dedicated young woman whose confidence continues to grow. She is a valuable member of our church and she has been a wonderful person for me to work with personally.

To conclude, I'd like to strongly recommend Lily as a woman of character and good values who can join a team and contribute positively towards team goals. Lily would be a wonderful asset to any team or workplace.
